As I predicted today was not a great day.  I mean I’ve done some stuff but I’ve spent far too much time doing nothing as well.

My task for the challenge today was to eat more mindfully.  I failed.  I ate in front of the TV for both my main meals and forgot to eat slowly.  I then scoffed an Easter egg without any thought at all.

In fact my meals today bar the chocolate have been quite healthy:

  • Breakfast – banana and berry smoothie.
  • Lunch – baked potato and cottage cheese
  • Snack – hummus and carrot sticks
  • Dinner – grilled prawns and pineapple with a mixed bean salad
  • Dessert – chocolate Easter egg

Well I’ll forgive myself this once as it is Easter after all.
