Do any of you use these on a daily basis?  I have been reading a lot about them from different sources but it’s not something I have tried regularly.

For those of you who do use them, how do you use them?  I’ve seen suggestions of saying them every morning, sticking them around the house, having them as your phone or computer background, writing them down 10 times a day.

Some I have been thinking about are:

  • I deserve and receive massive amounts of love every moment of every day.
  • I am brilliant, bright and beautiful.
  • I love that I am uniquely me.
  • I am determined to be healthy and fit.

I just can’t seem to work out the best way of implementing them into a routine.
