This was the challenge I was looking forward to least.

I made it to 2:30pm without any computer or smart phone.  I looked at my phone for the time when I first woke up but then left it upstairs.  My computer was downstairs but honestly it wasn’t that hard to not turn it on.  I read some of the badass book, made notes on paper, filled in a new weight-loss journal, played with my daughter, did my nails and pedicure.  It was actually fun and the day has gone much quicker without being sat at my computer or on my phone and I definitely have more energy.

I was actually also surprised how little I had missed! Nothing that needed urgent attention.  *whispers* it maybe something I end up doing more regularly.
